Legal Counsel (вакансия закрыта)

The large international pharmaceutical company invites to work of the Legal Counsel!

Due diligence, preparation of local Company's acts, instructions, statements, which regulates business activities of the Company;
Close cooperation with the Local and Global Finance, Project, Business Development, Marketing, Legal Department of Global Group and employees of the Company, management of the communication regarding approvals, licenses, limits, risks, etc.;
Daily routine communication and legal handling of requests, inquiries and audit of Tax, Antimonopoly, Customs, Labor Authorities, other Governmental bodies of Russian Federation;
Review and drafting of documents and contracts related to business activities of the Company;
Manage the litigation matters, resolving of legal issues that affect the Company's internal\external business interests;
Legal support of all departments of the Company on a case-by-case basis.

Good knowledge of the British legal system.
A Law Degree in reputable Russian law university;
Minimum three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house legal counsel\junior legal counsel or an associate in a law firm;
Broad knowledge and experience in Tax, Commercial, Civil, Antitrust, Administrative, Labor legislation, deep understanding of the court registers, claims implication and litigation, regulatory enforcement activities;
Ability to draft, revise and negotiate complex bilingual agreements, appendixes, addendums, etc.
Skills:
- Strong negotiating and communication skills in English, Russian;
- Good PC skills: Microsoft Office, Garant, 1C: Enterprise;
- Team player, flexible thinking;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Ability to deal with challenging tasks and projects.
